About Sell Accounting Data To AI

A small team that reads accounting and ERP vendors' terms, record-keeping law and data buyers' own pages, keeps a copy of every page it quotes, and answers each enquiry about a company's books by email.

What this site is for

A company's ledger is valuable to AI labs because it shows how money really moves through a business, but the vendor's terms, the record-keeping rules and the personal data inside it all decide what can be licensed before anyone discusses a price.

Written for

Founders, finance directors and controllers of companies that have kept five, ten or twenty years of their own books in an accounting system or ERP, whether the company is trading, closing or being sold, and the advisers who act for them.

What the site covers

A quote form for one question, "sell accounting data to ai", that runs right on the page with no sign-up, 5 guides on related questions, a table of figures you are free to cite (see the data and how it was made), and the list of sources behind every number.

Limits

  • We never ask for ledger files, exports or bank details through the form.
  • We never pass a company's personal or payroll data to a buyer.
  • We never treat a vendor's silence on AI training as permission to train.

Who is responsible

Joseph Ellul-Turner, Director.
